So we set 3 seconds per slide and just to be sure that user *really* read slide content - for legal reasons -, we hide next button untill final 0.3 sec. User must not be able to skip any content. Then I added the scorm package in moddle as a new scorm package activity. The course opens well in a new window and scorm tracking works fine.
