Web1 oct. 2024 · Lymphatic Aplasia.—Lymphatic aplasia, sometimes referred to as lymphatic dysplasia, is a rare entity (0.1 cases per 100 000 persons) representing a poorly defined group of diseases secondary to failure of lymphatic development . These diseases are characterized by generalized hypoplasia or aplasia of lymphatics.
