WebGovernment. The region was divided into four states. While the Inca Empire had no codified set of laws. Each individual state had it’s own government, which reported to the emperor and had it’s own laws in that state. Similar to the Pharaohs of Egypt, the emperor was believed to be descended from gods. Laws were simple and strict. WebOne of the tactics of Inca was to include the army of conquered groups in their own army. So it became large and versatile. Inca army was also immensely benefited from the high standard road systems and food store and supply system. Their Mita system was very useful to construct roads rapidly and to grow and store foods.
